CBAP Sessions

Lean SWOT Analysis and Strategy Development, Plan Implementation.  These sessions are scheduled with the program director and held on-site at the company.

CBAP On-line

Online sessions will take place on each Wednesday that follows a Friday class session.  The online class will be a review of the previous Friday class as well as delivery of new class content with time for Q & A.  Time of the session and detail content information will be available closer to the program start date.

CBAP On-Demand

All online classes will be available on demand.  Dates to be scheduled through the end of the year with the program director for online meetings by appointment with the team to continue facilitation of plan implementation.
