The Certificate in Business Administration Program is taught and facilitated by a core team of proven performers and entrepreneurs to bring you real world experience combined with top-rated academic credentials. The faculty is a critical part of the reason why the CBAP is the only applied program in the country and is able to guarantee your return on investment through immediate business improvement.
Edward A. Allfrey
Strategic Coaching/Consulting, CBAP
There are many hybrid programs that now provide both in-class and online classes to deliver the material. However, only the CBAP provides a third benefit to create an experience that results in the real-time use of the tools and training. This new and unique element is a strategic coach who will consult with each of the companies in the program to create and implement your strategy, real-time, for an immediate return on the investment.
Ed Allfrey has been the program director for over thirty years. Now, in his new role, he will work with each company to develop a comprehensive strategic plan utilizing the latest tools, technology, and the training.

P. Scott Bening is President and CEO/Division General Manager and Board Member of MonoSol, LLC a Kuraray Company. Mr. Bening is a classic story of American entrepreneurship that emerged from a surprising background of big business. His story follows an epic plot line, personally orchestrating every aspect of the company's initial independence from corporate giant Chris Craft, to leading its growth from new product development, to developing strategic growth plans and direction that has lead to MonoSol becoming the global leader in their industry. Under Mr. Bening's direction, in the last three years, the company has tripled in size, and expects to triple again in the next three years. MonoSol has blown through the $200 million mark with a half billion in sight, and has grown from 25 employees to more than 430.
